Wine Thief bar & bistro offers bar basics including quality cocktails, a large selection of craft beers, as well as an extensive, yet inexpensive (under $9 per glass), international wine list served by the glass and carafe.
A wine thief is a tool which allows a vintner to taste aging wine from the cask or barrel in order to determine the precise time to transfer wine from cask to bottle; just as this glass straw gives access to wine, so too, does Wine Thief bar & bistro.
Our name, Wine Thief, has a double meaning, as does our philosophy.
We are committed to giving every wine drinker "a steal", as well as making wine accessible. Wine Thief bar & bistro accomplishes this by

  • offering a abundance of different styles and grape varietals from both domestic as well as international vineyards
